Agreement for use

Please read the following use conditions well before the use of "RS232C-COM".

It is considered that it agrees to the following conditions when "RS232C-COM" is used for the customer.

1. Use rights profit etc.
Our company permits "RS232C-COM" to be used for the user only in the product of our company. However, [atonikku] Ltd. owns all rights of the copyright etc. concerning the document of "RS232C-COM" and the relation.

2. Limitation
All the modifications of A."RS232C-COM", falsifications, and acts of the excerpt etc. are prohibited.

B. Even if the user changes "RS232C-COM", and some defects are caused
Our company doesn't guarantee the responsibility at all. Everything becomes user's responsibility.

All acts of the reprint, the distribution, and sales, etc. of C."RS232C-COM" are prohibited.

3. Exemption matters

Please download A."RS232C-COM", and do the installation and use by user's judgment and responsibility.
Even when the problem occurs when downloading, and installing it, our company doesn't assume the responsibility at all.

When adhering to the damage caused in the user or the third party for the use of B."RS232C-COM"
It is assumed the one that the user assumes all the responsibilities, and our company assumes the one that it doesn't assume any responsibility.

Even if trouble and the incompleteness etc. of C."RS232C-COM" are found, our company assumes the one that the obligation to correct, and to correct is not owed.

Agreement for use..change.
A previous notice is not in the change in "RS232C-COM" and the agreement for use but there is changed what.

5. Cancellation of use right
When the user violates the agreement for use, I will end automatically.
Please promptly annul or delete "RS232C-COM".

6. Others
Please observe regulations concerning the export trade control in and outside Japan when "RS232C-COM" is taken out to foreign countries.
